Delta Airline Desk Reservation
In this project, I designed a tool for on-demand desk reservations at a Fortune 500 company. We were able to pick what device we wanted it to be intended for (a computer in my case), and two other device sizes to show our understanding of responsive design. The solution for this project will need to accommodate desk reservations, travel, personnel searches, and needed to complement the brand identity of the chosen company, which for me, was Delta Airlines.

Below is an embedded file of the computer version of my desk reservation program for Delta Airlines. Click the white bar at the bottom of the file to go to the website, where you are able to navigate through the app as if you were a user by clicking the "play" triangle in the top right hand corner of your screen. On top of choosing and creating a program to reserve a desk for a screen size of our choosing, we had to design a handful of screens in other device sizes to show how we problem solved responsive design. Those additional devices can be seen below the embedded Figma file.

Since Tuesday, I finalized my project by adding the rest of the floor plans and the two alternative device sizes. My file can be accessed here and a click-through video can be viewed below. The alternative device screens are not included in the click-through video.

This past weekend, I finished out the user stories and some extra pages I thought might be useful. Those included pages to check-in to a reservation, view reservations, language, and a pop-up to cancel the reservation. I still have not prototyped anything out yet in case I have more to add, but my file can be accessed here. Since the content in that link will update as we progress through this project, I have also attached all of the screens in order to bookmark my process up to this point.

Over the course of the past week, I did some more low-fidelity drawings of what pages might look like, and then created the reservation process in my Figma file. I have not prototyped anything out yet as there is still a lot I would like to add, but my file can be accessed here. Since the content in that link will update as we progress through this project, I have also attached all of the screens in order to bookmark my process up to this point.

Delta's brand features the typical patriotic colors of red, white, and blue. They use a sans serif type face, which makes it easy to read from afar on planes or signage around an airport. Since the landing pages of their website is in "dark mode" with the navy blue background and a hero image, a lot of their type is white and use the red to accent what page is being used, or for buttons. Once you scroll down a little bit, the background becomes white and the text changes to the navy blue. Delta's brand elements and screenshots of their website that I thought would be useful to me for this project are visible below.
